December 9, 2003
Minutes
Mayor Barbagallo called the session to order at 7:15 p.m. and opened the meeting, stating that the meeting was being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act, P>L> 1975, c. 231, and has been duly advertised.
The Clerk was asked to call the roll.
Present: Committeewoman Kaman, Committeeman Butto
Committeeman Krebs, Mayor Barbagallo
Excused: Deputy Mayor Zitone
All present were asked to join in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Committeeman Krebs made a motion to have the Committee go into an executive session.
Committeeman Butto seconded the motion.
The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
Committeeman Krebs made a motion at 8:00 p.m. to re-open the regular meeting.
Committeeman Butto seconded the motion.
The motion was carried by a unanimous voice vote.
Committeeman Krebs made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda.
Committeeman Butto seconded the motion.
The motion was carried by a unanimous voice vote.

Mayor Barbagallo-State Police Office
Mayor Barbagallo advised the Committee that he had spoken with
Ed Lyons, Officer in charge of the local State Police and was told that the State Troopers were very appreciative of the office in the lower level of the Municipal Building but will not be able to use it unless it is made very clear that no one for any reason, Committee person or civilian, could go into that area for any reason. The Committee agreed that this area would be for the police only.
Outside Sign Quotes
Mayor Barbagallo made a motion to table the above reference matter.
Committeeman Krebs seconded the motion.
The motion was carried by a unanimous voice vote.
Construction Estimate-New Myrtle Drive, Ridge Road, Piney Road, & Bill's Lane
Committeewoman Kaman made a motion to table the above matter until the residents on the above roads could be notified and attend the meeting at which this matter will be discussed.
Committeeman Butto seconded the motion.
The motion was carried by a unanimous voice vote.
New Business
Fire Service Emergency Deployment Proposed Regulations & Resolution
Committeeman Krebs made a motion to adopt the above referenced resolution.
Committeewoman Kaman seconded the motion.
The motion was carried by a unanimous voice vote.

Committeeman Krebs made a motion to approve payment of all the bills for November and December.

Committeeman Krebs made a motion to open public participation.

Louanne Cular
Ms. Cular spoke at length regarding the plowing of the road she lives on ( New Myrtle Drive.) Mayor Barbagallo answered her that the plowing of this road would continue in the same way as it had in the past.
Dominic Ioli
Mr. Ioli asked the Committee if the road he lives on, New Myrtle Dr., is a private road or township road. He was told the Committee is looking into this matter.
Mayor Barbagallo asked if anyone else wished to speak. There was no one.

The motion was carried by a unanimous voice vote.
The meeting closed at 9:15p.m.
