MONTAGUE TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE MEETING

MINUTES

FEBRUARY 14, 2006

Mayor Brislin called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. and opened the meeting stating that the meeting was being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act, P>L> 1975, c. 231 and has been duly advertised.

The clerk was call the roll.

Present were: John Soracco, Deputy Mayor Lashendock, Committeeman Utter, Committeeman Krebs, Mayor Brislin

Attorney Hinkes, Clerk Francisco

Absent: None

All present were asked to join in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Committeeman Soracco made a motion to close executive session which began at 7:00 p.m.

Deputy Mayor Lashendock seconded the motion.

The motion was carried by unanimous Voice vote.

Deputy Mayor Lashendock made a motion to open the to the public the public participation regarding agenda items.

Committeeman Soracco seconded the motion.

The motion was carried by unanimous voice vote.
