Finance Office

The Finance Office processes all financial transactions including accounts payable, payroll, revenue, and debt issuance.

Outside contractors who support the Finance Office include: the independent auditor, bond counsel and banking services.

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for compiling and monitoring the annual municipal budget, filing the Annual Debt Statement, the Annual Financial Statement, and coordinates and assists in preparing the Annual Municipal Audit.

The Finance Clerk is responsible for processing Vouchers, Purchase Orders, Payroll processing, and preparing checks for bill payment.

Notice to VendorsThe State of New Jersey requires all vendors doing business with the Township to provide a W-9 and a copy of their business registration certificate. Additional information can be located on the New Jersey Division of Revenues website.
